What is the Model United Nations?
The Model United Nations is a world-renowned simulation of the United Nations, where students step into the shoes of diplomats from countries across the globe. Participants research international challenges, represent their assigned nation’s positions, and debate solutions in a formal setting that mirrors real UN procedures.
For over 25 years, the Rotary Club of Central Port of Spain has hosted this prestigious program, which attracts youth aged 17–19 from different countries. The 2025 edition will focus on the timely and vital theme: Peace & Human Rights.
